As a Senior Business Development Manager for Commercial Real Estate at ValetEZ, you will play a vital role in identifying prospects across various locations and introducing our innovative IoT and AI-enabled smart parking solutions to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include representing the company in a structured and professional manner to both prospective and existing clients. You will need to identify potential clients among parking lot owners such as malls, offices, tech parks, property developers, shopping complexes, co-working spaces, and other large parking space owners. To excel in this role, you must develop a strong understanding of our technology and the market landscape. Your ability to manage and enhance existing client relationships, as well as explore new business opportunities in the parking management space, will be crucial. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the benefits of ValetEZ products and services. This position requires a high level of motivation, confidence, and independence. You should be capable of working autonomously without constant supervision and possess strong follow-up skills to secure new business deals. Experience in client-facing roles, negotiation, and contract closure will be advantageous, especially in startup environments or commercial real estate consultancy firms. As part of the sales team, you will be expected to travel extensively within the city and occasionally to nearby cities. Your role will involve managing a team, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving business growth. A graduate or MBA degree from a reputed university is preferred, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
