🚀 We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Working Capital Financing 📍 Locations: Delhi NCR Maxemo Capital Services Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive growth in our Working Capital Financing vertical. Products You'll Handle: Business Loans Working Capital Financing Raw Material Financing Invoice Discounting / Invoice Financing What You’ll Be Responsible For: ✅ Manage and nurture long-term client relationships ✅ Handle inquiries, concerns, and customer complaints proactively ✅ Drive upselling, cross-selling, and value-added solutions ✅ Collaborate with internal teams and Relationship Managers to meet client needs ✅ Develop sales strategies and stay ahead of market trends ✅ Monitor competition and adapt your approach accordingly ✅ Collect customer feedback and help improve retention 📊 Key Skills We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/financial services (sales or client relationship role) Proven ability in upselling/cross-selling financial products Excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical thinker with good reporting and CRM skills A proactive, client-first approach with high energy Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with MSME lending and working capital cycles is a plus Think you’re the right fit?
