Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive growth in our Working Capital Financing vertical. About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven QA Engineer to join our fast-paced product team. You will work alongside a team of software developers , designers, and a product manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications and backend systems. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our platforms, helping MSMEs access capital faster and smarter. Experience: 1–3 years Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with full-stack developers and product teams to understand product requirements and user stories Prepare test scenarios , feature acceptance criteria , and high-level test plans Write and execute manual and automated tests for backend REST APIs Perform functional, regression, load, and integration testing Design and automate complex test cases and contribute to automation frameworks Document and maintain detailed test results and processes Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in agile environments Identify bugs, log issues, and track resolutions using tools like Jira Continuously improve QA processes in the context of CI/CD and microservices Required Skills & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in API testing , especially REST APIs Strong experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, Rest Assured, JMeter, LoadRunner Experience with automation tools like Selenium, JEST, Playwright or similar Proficiency in JavaScript Hands-on with PostgreSQL for backend data validation Understanding of MERN stack-based backend systems Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams Hands-on experience in preparing and executing feature acceptance criteria Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , microservices testing , and test strategy design Ability to create and manage QA documentation , including test cases and strategy documents Experience with performance testing and basic knowledge of load testing principles Nice to Have: Experience in fintech or NBFC-related product testing Exposure to MongoDB-related and backend data validation Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or other version control and deployment tools Contribution to test automation frameworks or reusable QA libraries Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How soon can you join?
