Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Hotelyug, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, possesses strong analytical skills, and is adept at problem-solving. What will you do?

• Translate customer requirements and product goals into appropriate automation tests.
• Define and implement automation testing for the given requirements of each product.
• Ensure that automation test suites are maintained, evolved, and integrated into the SDLC.
• Implement new frameworks where needed.
• Independently design, develop, and execute software test plans.
• Maximize automation test coverage and reduction of manual testing.
• Defect identification and analysis.
• Create and maintain test data.

What will you add?

• 3 to 6 months of experience as a Quality Engineer / Automation Tester (Javascript environments).
• Deep understanding of internet protocols and technologies (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS etc.)
• Experience Azure Devops for managing test suits and test cases
• Capable of creating test suites from scratch.
• Strong skills with Python or JavaScript and Linux.
• Proven experience in API Testing and UI Testing.
• Good experience using API/UI testing libraries such as Azure DevOps, PyTest, Jest, Postman, Cypress, and Selenium.
• A proven track record of testing software development in a structured environment.
• A complete understanding of the Defect Management lifecycle.
• Prior work in CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable in Agile and Scrum environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
