Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales in the territory
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MRO industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel as required
