Job Overview: We are seeking a sales executive (business development manager) to join our team in Jaipur. The sales executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large customers such as JCB, Hero, Mahindra, and many more. This is a target-based role and the successful candidate will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned territory Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales in the territory Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MRO industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to travel as required Send you CV at prashant@felixtools.in
