Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager in Enterprise Business (Government / Prescription), you will be responsible for driving large-scale B2B business through project sales, government liaisoning, and consultant-driven prescription sales. The role involves handling enterprise clients, government departments, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage key accounts across government, institutional, and enterprise clients.
Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and government decision-makers.
Drive sales through prescription model by influencing stakeholders to specify company products in projects.
Track tenders, projects, and consultant recommendations to ensure brand inclusion.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pricing, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution-based discussions.
Candidate Profile
Age: Below 35 -43 years only
Education: First-class mandatory in any two qualifications (SSC / HSC / Graduation) + MBA (No gaps/breaks)
Experience: 5+ years in B2B / Institutional / Project Sales (Electrical Industry preferred)
Location Preference: Candidates from Mumbai region preferred
Skills: Excellent relationship management, government/consultant connect, negotiation, and project sales handling
Compensation & Locations (Based on Level):
Deputy Manager (DM): Up to 14 LPA
Location: Mumbai
Manager: Up to 18 LPA
Locations: Mumbai, Nashik, Goa / Pune
Senior Manager: Up to 24 LPA
Locations: Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Goa
