Role & responsibilities: - Job Description : Delius Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a seasoned ZBM & RSM t o lead our Pharma Sales operations in Bihar , Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. The candidate should have a strong foothold in the Bihar pharmaceutical market, with proven expertise in managing teams, stockists, and prescription-driven sales. Roles & Responsibilities : Drive revenue growth across Bihar by executing zonal sales plans and targets. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: RSMs, ASMs, and MRs. Expand and manage the Stockist and distributor network in urban and rural markets. Ensure doctor engagement, brand recall, and prescription generation. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Conduct field visits to track performance and ensure brand visibility. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive campaigns and product launches. Ensure team reporting, discipline, and alignment with company policies. Desired Candidate Profile : Experience : Minimum 15 years in pharma sales. Industry : Only candidates from pharmaceutical formulations (branded/generic) will be considered Territory Expertise : Strong experience in managing sales in Patna , Purnea , Ranchi and Lucknow .
