Job Title: Junior Store & Logistics Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Supply Chain & Operations Reports To: Store & Logistics Manager Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Junior Store & Logistics Executive to support daily operations of inventory management, dispatch, and logistics. You’ll be one of two key players in our Store & Logistics sub-team, which is part of a 4-member Supply Chain unit. If you thrive on structure, hustle with discipline, and enjoy making systems run like clockwork, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: 📦 Store Management & Inventory Receive, label, and store raw materials, parts, and finished goods Update inventory entries in ERP (Zoho/Tally or similar) Assist in stock reconciliation, GRN generation, and inventory transfers Support monthly physical audits and maintain neat, organized shelves Follow FIFO/LIFO wherever applicable 🚚 Logistics & Dispatch Coordinate daily dispatches of machines, accessories, and consumables Pack shipments safely and systematically Book transport or courier, generate e-way bills and delivery notes Update shipment tracking and maintain dispatch records Support demo team and field executives with timely product movements 🧾 Documentation & Coordination Maintain gate entry logs and delivery receipt records Liaise with Purchase, QA, and Accounts for inbound clearance Keep digital and physical filing systems ready for audits Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field 1–3 years of experience in inventory or dispatch roles (preferably in a hardware/manufacturing setup) Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and basic ERP functions Familiarity with e-way bills, GST basics, and transport booking Knowledge of basic export processes/documentation is an added bonus Reliable, organized, and energetic – with a strong sense of accountability Why Join Us: Work in a fast-growing, innovation-led hardware startup Be part of a lean, effective, and collaborative 4-member Supply Chain team Hands-on learning, startup exposure, and real ownership from day one Oh, and yes – there’s chai.
