Quality Executive – Incoming QC

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and verification of all incoming raw materials, components, and products.
• Use quality control tools and instruments to assess conformity of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company specifications and applicable quality standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to support production quality at various stages.
• Identify and manage supplier quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding non-conformities and deviations.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of incoming material inspections.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.
• Work collaboratively with the procurement and production teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in incoming quality inspection or QC in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and compliance practices.
• Familiar with quality methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
