The person needs to be technology focused, with a keen interest in innovation, AI and latest technology trends. Key Responsibilities Plan & Update: Create and maintain project plans in Upbase , adding and revising tasks in response to evolving needs. Meeting Participation: Join all relevant discussions, capture decisions, and convert them into action items . Risk Management: Spot potential delays or roadblocks , raise red flags early, and implement solutions. Team Coordination: Align multidisciplinary teams with shared resources , facilitating clear communication and task ownership. Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records, provide status updates , and ensure a structured approach for all project artifacts. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 a plus). Experience: 3+ years managing simultaneous, innovation-driven projects . Tools & Methods: Proficiency in Upbase (or similar PM tools) and familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies . Soft Skills: Excellent communication, risk management, and organizational capabilities.
