- Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close candidates to meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search strategies.
- Conduct structured phone/virtual screens to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit; present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage accurate candidate records and workflow in the ATS; maintain timely candidate communication and status updates.
- Drive offer management: prepare offer packs, handle negotiations, and coordinate background checks and onboarding handoffs.
- Track recruitment KPIs (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, time-to-fill) and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing playbooks.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in high-volume or target-driven recruitment (end-to-end).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach.
- Strong Boolean search skills and demonstrable candidate sourcing experience across multiple channels.
- Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage pipelines and produce reports.
- Comfortable working remotely with a performance-oriented mindset and ability to meet KPIs consistently.
- Solid candidate screening and offer negotiation capabilities with strong follow-through.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or recruitment automation tools.
- Previous exposure to IT/Technology hiring or staffing agency environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for recruitment reporting and dashboards.
