Talent Acquisition Associate (Junior)  Remote, India (Target-Based)
About The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced recruitment team that hires for a broad mix of technical and non-technical roles. This is a target-driven position ideal for proactive recruiters who enjoy building candidate pipelines, closing roles against SLAs, and contributing to hiring strategy while working fully remotely.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, schedule, and manage offers to closure while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Proactively build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline using Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update job statuses, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, refine job profiles, and provide regular status updates and candidate shortlists.
- Conduct structured phone/video screens and behavioral interviews to assess fit and readiness, preparing concise candidate briefs for interviewers.
- Drive timely offer negotiation and onboarding coordination to ensure smooth candidate handoffs and strong acceptance rates.
 
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments (target/KPI-driven).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining accurate candidate data.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills for tech and non-tech roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort working in a remote, results-oriented model.
 
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic recruitment analytics (dashboards, KPI tracking).
- Exposure to high-volume hiring or campus/volume recruitment campaigns.
