Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.
