Job Summary:

Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for plant and office roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

2. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Assist in deploying HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct across the plant.
  • Monitor adherence to HR and labor law requirements (attendance, leaves, working hours, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with company and statutory norms.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support employee grievance handling and promote a healthy workplace environment.
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Maintain positive relations between workers, supervisors, and management.

4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HRIS systems.
  • Support payroll input collection, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.

5. Policy Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute ideas and feedback for new HR policy and process development.
  • Support the HR Manager in drafting, reviewing, and implementing new HR strategies and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup).
  • Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
