Junior Human Resources Consultant

As an HR Executive at ITPlusPoint Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Handling job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding processes efficiently. - Maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance, and leave management systems to ensure smooth HR operations. - Planning and executing engaging employee activities and welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation. - Coordinating both internal and external training programs for employee development and growth. - Ensuring strict adherence to HR policies while suggesting and implementing process improvements for better efficiency. - Managing offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews, and handling all related documentation effectively. - Providing support in maintaining statutory records such as PF, ESI, etc., to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Qualifications required for this role: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools for efficient HR operations. - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
