Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handle job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. - Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities. - Coordinate internal and external training programs. - Ensure adherence to HR policies and suggest process improvements. - Handle offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation. - Assist in maintaining statutory records (PF, ESI, etc.). To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. - 1-2 years of HR experience as HR Generalist/HR Executive. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office & HR software tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
