Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Consultant who can handle end-to-end HR functions. The role will involve HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, payroll support, and compliance coordination. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and be eager to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.

HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Payroll Support: Assist in salary processing, ECR preparation, and compliance reporting.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.

Training & Development: Coordinate internal and external training programs.

HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and suggest process improvements.

Exit Formalities: Handle offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation.

Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining statutory records (PF, ESI, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

1–2 years of HR experience as HR Generalist/HR Executive.

Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office & HR software tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
