Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data across approximately 10 production units to support business decision-making. This role requires expert-level Excel skills to create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights while ensuring accurate coordination between sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage data drives for all 10 production units with proper organization and version control.
• Collect, validate, and analyze production, dispatch, sales, and stock data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to reconcile discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, reports, and trackers using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros, and data validation.
• Consolidate data from multiple units for management reporting and operational insights.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and operational inefficiencies through data analysis.
• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
• Support process improvements using Excel-based analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any discipline).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations with strong Excel expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data validation, macros, Power Query, etc.).
• Knowledge of shared/cloud drives (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) for data management.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage large data volumes and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
