Junior Data Analyst

As a Registrar in Noida, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Inform the concerned consultant promptly upon patient admission. - Conduct and document history and physical examinations. - Develop a differential diagnosis. - Formulate and document the initial plan of care based on the labor room PROTOCOL book. - Modify the daily plan of care as needed. - Write daily progress notes. - Obtain and document informed consent. - Perform preoperative workup. - Order and interpret appropriate investigations, laboratory, and radiology results. - Order transfusions of blood and blood products. - Prescribe appropriate medications and other necessary orders. - Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and explain post-discharge orders to patients. - Maintain duty reports in the duty register and ensure proper handover and takeover procedures. - Complete insurance forms as required. - Conduct pelvic examinations, Pap smears, and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. - Order and adjust artificial feeding modalities. - Perform nasogastric intubation and insert urethral catheters.
