Data Analytics Executive (Technical – Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Data Analytics Executive who can support our analytics team by gathering, processing, visualizing, and interpreting data for various in-house digital projects. The candidate should have solid analytical thinking, proficiency with general analytics tools, and the ability to work with datasets, dashboards, and basic automation scripts.

This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to start a career in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance data engineering.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Collection & Processing

• Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (CSV, API, databases, dashboards).
• Use SQL queries to pull and filter relevant data sets.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Perform trend analysis, correlation analysis, and performance comparison.
• Identify anomalies, sudden drops, and unusual data behavior.
• Support predictive insights based on historical datasets (basic forecasting).

3. Reporting & Visualization

• Build dashboards and automated reports using:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Looker Studio (optional)
• Create charts, models, and visual summaries for management.
• Deliver technical insights in simplified formats for non-technical teams.

4. Automation & Scripting (Good to Have)

• Write basic Python scripts for data cleaning, merging datasets, and automating manual reports.
• Work with Google BigQuery to handle large datasets and run analytical queries.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with performance, marketing, and product teams to translate data into actionable steps.
• Share insights on project health, upward/downward trends, and KPIs.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Logic, Power Query preferred).
• Power BI (data modeling, DAX basics, dashboards).
• Tableau (visualizations, calculated fields, data blending).
• SQL (basic SELECT, JOIN, WHERE queries).
• Google BigQuery basics (writing queries, understanding tables).
• Python basics (pandas, numpy, simple scripts) – preferred.
• Understanding of data structures, KPIs, and dashboards.

Good to Have (Optional Skills – Not Mandatory)

• GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Meta Insights
• Looker Studio
• HubSpot Analytics
• SEMrush/Ahrefs (for basic digital insights)
• API integration knowledge
• Basic statistical knowledge (mean, median, standard deviation, regression, etc.)

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working with numbers, graphs, and raw datasets.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Eager to learn new tools and analytical frameworks quickly.

Education

• B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, MCA, M.Tech, or any degree with a focus on analytics, statistics, computer science, or data-related subjects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
