Despatch Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Despatch Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Despatch Operations:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to streamline the dispatch process.
• Implement efficient routing strategies to optimize delivery schedules and minimize transit times.
• Monitor delivery vehicles' maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process promptly.

Documentation:

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of dispatch activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dispatch operations and materials handling.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
