We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR cum Admin Manager to manage both Human Resources and Administrative functions within our insurance broking company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing HR strategies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring smooth office operations. Female candidates will be preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation. Develop and implement HR policies in line with company standards and compliance requirements. Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave administration. Foster a positive and engaging work culture through employee welfare and engagement activities. Handle performance evaluations and assist management in appraisals and promotions. Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, maintenance, and facility management. Coordinate travel, logistics, and event arrangements for staff and management. Handle company correspondence, record keeping, and filing systems. Support management in budget preparation and administrative reporting. Ensure workplace discipline, hygiene, and safety protocols are maintained. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in a financial services or insurance sector. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and office administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software. Ability to multitask and work independently with integrity and discretion. Female candidates will be given preference. Candidates with prior experience in insurance broking or financial services industry will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with data mining tools and will also contribute ideas for business development, customer segmentation, product offerings, and market expansion.
