Job Description

Role Purpose

The Junior Consultant supports the successful delivery and operational management of Asite’s solutions across global clients. As part of the India Shared Services team, this entry-level role blends technical configuration support with customer success operations, providing a well-rounded foundation in SaaS delivery, platform setup, and client lifecycle management.

You will assist senior consultants and account teams with configuration tasks, documentation, reporting, and client engagement preparation. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in technical consulting, customer success, or digital construction technology.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Technical Support

  • Assist in configuring platform features such as workflows, forms, permissions, and metadata.
  • Support data migration and system testing to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation including configuration records, test logs, and handover packs.


Customer Success & Account Support

  • Prepare onboarding materials, QBR decks, and renewal documentation.
  • Respond to routine customer queries routed through shared services.
  • Maintain and update customer records, usage reports, and contract data.


Collaboration & Learning

  • Work under the guidance of regional consultants and account managers to deliver assigned tasks.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to build product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Coordinate with other shared services functions to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.


Process & Reporting

  • Generate and format reports using Excel and PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation standardisation.


Measures of Success

  • Accuracy and completeness of configuration, documentation, and reporting tasks.
  • Responsiveness and professionalism in handling internal and client queries.
  • Positive feedback from senior consultants and account teams.
  • Demonstrated growth in product knowledge and delivery capability.


Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 1+ years of experience in IT, SaaS, customer support, or software delivery.
  • Basic understanding of software configuration, data handling, or system testing.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and written communication.

Desirable

  • Exposure to construction technology or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, CRM systems, or scripting (even at a beginner level).
  • Awareness of ISO standards or structured data environments.
