We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Embryologist to join our dynamic team. The Senior Embryologist will oversee and perform all aspects of clinical embryology, including oocyte retrievals, sperm preparation, IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo biopsy, vitrification/warming, and embryo transfer. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring quality control, lab compliance, and continuous improvement in laboratory practices. Qualification Required : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Reproductive Science, or a related field (PhD preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratory. Certification by ESHRE, ACE, or equivalent (desirable). Proven experience in ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification, and embryo culture to blastocyst stage. Strong understanding of ART regulations and ethics. Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
