We are looking for a responsible Accountant Executive to support our finance and operations team.
~Job Summary
The Accountant Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities, project-wise financial records, and statutory compliance. This role requires a hands-on professional who can coordinate with sales, purchase, and site teams to ensure financial accuracy and smooth project execution.TUD Spaces is a growing interior design and execution firm based in Ahmedabad, delivering customized residential and commercial interior solutions. To support our expanding project operations and ensure strong financial control, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our team.The Accountant Executive will play a crucial role in managing daily accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple interior projects. This position requires close coordination with sales, purchase, site, and management teams to ensure transparency, compliance, and smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, dependable, and capable of handling project-based accounting responsibilities efficiently.The primary responsibility of the Accountant Executive is to maintain books of accounts on a daily basis. This includes recording sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves preparing client invoices as per agreed milestones, tracking collections, managing advances, and following up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow.The Accountant Executive will be responsible for recording vendor bills, expense vouchers, and coordinating payments with the purchase team. Regular bank entries, cash transactions, and bank reconciliations must be performed to ensure accuracy of financial data. Managing petty cash and monitoring daily inflow and outflow of funds will also be part of routine duties.
~Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
- Prepare client invoices, track collections, and manage outstanding payments
- Record vendor bills and coordinate payments with the purchase team
- Manage bank transactions, cash entries, and reconciliations
- Maintain petty cash and monitor cash flow
- Handle GST-related work including invoice compliance, returns, and input credit tracking
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and statutory filings
- Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets, and cost tracking
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors for compliance and audits
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation basics
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Finance
- Experience in interior design, construction, or project-based accounting is an advantage
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply
