Job Description

Designation Jr. Recruiter

Location – Jaipur

Responsibilities

Maintain data of walk-in candidates
Conduct aptitude and other tests of candidates
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Coordinate with interviewers to schedule further rounds
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and various job portals
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Familiarity with HR databases, Walk-in MIS and trackers

Qualifications

Relevant Experience of 6 months - 2 years
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)

Skill Set

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
Strong decision-making and convincing skills
