As a Junior Business Development Executive at Unified, your role involves shaping your future by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. - Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to account management. - Developing pipelines through targeted approaches like calls, emails, and social reach outs. - Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. - Creating and submitting proposals on popular bidding platforms. - Effectively managing CRM and ensuring data integrity. - Representing the brand at national and international networking events. - Creating sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and agreements. - Maintaining customer relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and handling escalations. - Upgrading knowledge on the company's latest projects and offerings. - Submitting various reports on work performances and designated metrics. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 0.5 - 2 years of experience in business development in the IT services domain. - Experience in dealing with businesses across North America and Europe. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in crafting and delivering professional presentations. - Hands-on experience in responding to RFPs & RFIs. - Working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel. - Strong cold-calling, email, and social outreach abilities. - Ability to forge meaningful connections with key decision-makers. - Knowledge of software development and IT services industry trends. - Attention to detail and a tenacity for achieving perfection.
