Job Description:

Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client communication, and handling online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms
• Manage and bid on projects via Upwork
• Communicate with international clients via email and calls
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive
• Must have experience working in an IT company
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Upwork platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of IT services and technologies
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
• All technical backgrounds are eligible
