Knowledge of Heat load calculations, selection of HVAC equipment, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical system. Exposure in Hospital/ Hospitality Industries will give extra weightage for the candidature. 3) Audit Compliance Ensure 100% compliance to all quality and safety norms (especially Fire related) and 100% compliance to SOPs related to NABH and all other statutory requirements. Ensure 100% resolution of all points / feedback /observations in the Internal Audit Report. 4) Other Duties The post holder will be required to undertake any other duties according to the needs of the service.
