Opportunity For woman - HDFC Bank - Across West Bengal Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of banking products. Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and acquiring new ones. Provide financial solutions to meet client needs, including working capital requirements, term loans, cash credits, and wholesale banking services. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the bank for sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in agri finance, business banking, collections, sales, SME banking, virtual sales, or wholesale banking. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
