Clinical Psychologist

Shanti Mindcare Nursing is a dedicated psychiatric hospital in Siliguri committed to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and support individuals on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions
• Design and implement individualised treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy to patients with a variety of mental health conditions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other allied health professionals for holistic patient care
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records
• Participate in mental health awareness programs and team meetings

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI Registered)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

• Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
