Work closely with stakeholders to implement best practices in child development and education. Analyze and respond to trends in enrollment, staffing needs, and program development. Resolve conflicts and issues within the team and with external parties efficiently. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency. Advocate for children’s rights and best practices in child services at local community meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or child development setting. Strong leadership and team management experience. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people. Understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Experience creating and managing budgets effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compensation: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Handle salary structure, deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.), and reimbursements. Work closely with the finance team for payroll reconciliation and audits. Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax computations.
