Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be required to communicate with patients who have been discharged after treatment for various ailments. Your responsibilities will include understanding the current status of their health and providing counseling as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring patients to assess the progress of their treatment and maintaining accurate records of their progress. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with patients post discharge to understand their health status - Provide counseling to patients as required - Monitor patients to evaluate treatment progress - Maintain detailed records of patient progress Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in patient care or counseling - Strong communication skills - Ability to maintain accurate records - Knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, with a work schedule that includes day and morning shifts.
