How You Will Do It: Leadership & Team Building: Lead and motivate a global team of testing professionals, promoting innovation, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement. Testing Methodologies: Demonstrate strong knowledge of testing methodologies, Design Quality Assurance (DQA) mindset, and design engineering processes. Adaptability & Problem Solving: Exhibit the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities while showing quick turnaround for product design and testing issues. Process Improvement: Use DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and other tools to identify areas of improvement and lead the team to solve technical issues. What We Look For: Required Qualifications: Education: BE/B.Tech (Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology). Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in new product development and validation, specifically within the VRF/PAC domain. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of DFMEA, test standards, and compliance requirements. Six Sigma & ISO 17025: Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, excellent MS Office skills, and ISO 17025 certification. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel both within India and internationally for project-related needs. Preferred Qualifications: Product Development & Testing Management: Previous experience managing product development, product testing, and change tracking for large-scale VRF/PAC projects. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
