Responsibilities: Understanding Design documents and going through all - P&Id, Processes Contribution in making control philosophy , Operational Philosophy, other standard document required before starting plant. Preparation of SOP, work instructions (WI) Preparation of safety documents like Hazop, HIRA study. Preparing documents of wash water reuse, powder reuse and other quality related documents. Ordering of materials required in production sample trolly, sampler, QK-20, cleaning system, flexible pipe and other tools required in processing, RMG and QA Lab. Verification of field Equipment installation as per P&ID. Coordination with Engg. team, Field round to ensure no fouling and proper clearance for normal operation. Making documents related to the working of critical equipment to impart training to freshers. 10 Supporting Engg team in Hot loop and cold loop testing Ensuring proper housekeeping in each block before startup of block. Helping in hydrotesting and ensuring no traces of water inside pipeline Raw Material flushing inside pipeline and taking quality approval. Ensuring Proper cleaning of all process and storage equipment, packing line before start of production. Stabilization of FG and RM QA lab. Key Responsibilities Hands-on experience in processing of Alkyd and Acrylic Resins. Hands-on experience for in-process and quality parameter checks related to Resin Processing and parameters which impact final paint. Hands-on experience in developing and designing the Process Flow Diagram for Resin Processing. Hands-on experience in running critical equipment like Reactors, Blenders, Powder Handling, Filtration System, Transfer Pumps and knowledge of the same. Hands-on experience of running and operating Process Automation (DCS/MES) and associated field instruments. Knowledge of all deviations and troubleshooting of all issues that can arise in processing of Resin Processing. Knowledge regarding raw materials and ingredients (liquid chemicals & powder) used in Resins and their functions (MSDS - Material Safety Data Sheet). Basic knowledge in reading and interpretation of P&IDs, Equipment Layout drawings, Engineering Drawings, and Technical Data Sheets. Responsible for day-to-day processing of Resin as per the production plan. Accountable for achieving the daily production target of Resin batches. Accountable for achieving the target batch cycle time for Reactor, Filtration, and controlling the process by adhering to laid down specific Process Instructions and Quality System procedures.
