Job Description

Key Result Areas & Detailed Actions

Conversion to Franchisee Stores (Jointly with Sales Team):

  • Shortlist top-performing dealers with the Sales team for franchise conversion
  • Develop and maintain a potential franchise partner pipeline
  • Upgrade existing franchise partners to higher tiers based on performance

Evaluating & Driving Retail Excellence Score (RES):

  • Track and improve RES using DDE across parameters (store hygiene, visibility, feedback capture, POS billing adherence)
  • Conduct quarterly audits of RES at franchise stores
  • Create awareness and emphasize importance of RES among franchisees

Support Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Focused Product Sales:

  • Drive sales of focused products through placement, display, and promotional strategies
  • Monitor effectiveness of visual merchandising and suggest improvements
  • Implement marketing and promotional campaigns at franchise partner locations

Plan Franchise Launch & Coordinate Upgrades:

  • Coordinate launch plans and ensure smooth store openings
  • Monitor the launch process to meet operational standards

Monitor Business Performance of Franchise Stores:

  • Handhold and monitor new stores for the first 6 months
  • Implement action plans for underperforming stores
  • Drive sales of value-added products/services via franchise outlets
  • Monitor ROI through close tracking of sales and cost metrics

Franchise Relationship & Conflict Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top franchise partners
  • Resolve conflicts between franchise and non-franchise stores
  • Work closely with the Sales team to resolve escalated issues

Training & Development:

  • Train franchise staff on company systems, selling techniques, and customer service
  • Improve conversions, upselling, cross-selling through regular training programs

Tally & EDC Installation and Adoption:

  • Ensure timely installation of Tally and EDC machines post-store readiness
  • Collect EDC consent forms during franchise agreement stage
  • Drive integration and usage adoption for both EDC and Tally systems

Paint Consultant (PC) Management:

  • Coordinate with Zonal HR team for PC hiring
  • Drive PC productivity and CRM data capture compliance
  • Review PC performance regularly and ensure operational efficiency
