Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated recruitment specialist who is energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in recruitment. You should have basic computer knowledge and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates
Use recruitment tools and platforms to build a talent pipeline
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Assist in writing job descriptions and posting them on job portals
Maintain accurate records of candidate data and communication
Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers

Requirements:

Bachelors degree Compulsory
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
Good verbal and written communication
Comfortable with telecalling and coordination tasks
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
