Hand holding the clients. Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. Upgradations of the software versions. Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle. Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality. Generate technically reviewed Proof of Concepts (POCs) and contribute data/reports to global technical tools. Handle and troubleshoot product-related issues at demo labs or customer sites. Learn and support alternate chromatographic techniques as part of cross-product training. Stay updated on current technology trends and scientific literature and share knowledge with the sales force team. Qualifications: Postgraduate / PhD or equivalent experience in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic) / Biochemistry / Pharmacy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively (> 60%). Experience Over 7 years of experience in LCMS operations, with a preference for Thermo LCMS knowledge. More than 5 years of experience in the Pharma/Biopharma industry. This role may require occasional travel based on event requirements and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
