About Us

We are an HR Outsourcing Agency providing end-to-end HR operational support to multiple client organizations. Our services include employee onboarding and induction, payroll coordination, HR documentation, compliance support, and exit formalities. We work as an extended HR arm for our clients and focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple clients, ensuring smooth and timely execution of all HR processes
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, orientation, confirmations, transfers, and exits
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, HR trackers, and databases

Payroll & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate payroll processing with internal teams / payroll vendors
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave data, salary inputs, and statutory deductions
  • Support compliance-related documentation and reporting as required

Client Coordination & Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for all HR operational matters
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services
  • Handle day-to-day client queries and provide clear communication and updates
  • Build strong professional relationships with clients through reliable service delivery
  • Client visit as and when required

Work Planning & Quality Control

  • Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly HR operational activities
  • Ensure high accuracy in all deliverables with minimal errors
  • Maintain process checklists, trackers, and timelines to ensure service quality
  • Identify gaps, suggest process improvements, and support smoother operations

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure alignment and task completion
  • Escalate issues proactively and support resolution within timelines

Recruitment

  • Internal recruitment as & when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
