Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage client and vendor communication, prepare and follow up on quotations, maintain basic financial records, and support digital marketing activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, timely follow-ups, and effective communication via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, customers, and vendors through emails and phone calls.
• Track pending actions, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations for products, technical equipment, and services.
• Collect and maintain vendor quotations, enquiries, and pricing records.
• Record sales, purchases, and expense transactions and maintain basic financial summaries (Excel / Tally or similar).
• Support management with basic financial data and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth operations.
• Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile, including regular posts and basic marketing engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in quotation preparation and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of technical products and services (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Excel, Tally, or similar accounting tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content posting and basic digital marketing.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate candidate.
• The candidate should be located near the Kharadi, Pune area.
• Prior experience in operations, client coordination, or back-office roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with systematic follow-ups.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
