Role Summary
We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage customer calling, document verification, system updates, and lead generation for the IRIS MSME App. The role requires good communication skills, basic tech knowledge, and the ability to support customers across India.
Key Responsibilities

Verify customer documents and update status in CRM/admin panel.

Make outbound calls to customers Pan India and guide them through the app journey.

Generate and qualify leads for the field team.

Resolve customer queries on the first call as much as possible.

Maintain daily calling and lead reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Required Skills
-
Good communication in English & Hindi; any regional language is an added advantage.

Familiarity with CRM systems, mobile apps, and basic Excel/Sheets.

Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage daily targets.
Qualification & Experience

1–3 years in operations/telecalling/customer support preferred.
