Job Summary: The Head of Sourcing will be instrumental in identifying and
securing the finest materials and products that align with our brand's vision ofluxury and quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in globalsourcing, a deep understanding of the luxury goods sector, and a proven ability tobuild strong relationships with suppliers and artisans. The candidate will beresponsible for carrying out all negotiations with vendors, manufacturers &agencies to obtain the best combination of quality, quantity, price, delivery, termsof payment & reliability of supply.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy that ensures accessto high-quality materials and finished products. Conduct global market research to identify potential suppliers,manufacturers, and artisans who meet our stringent quality and ethicalstandards. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best quality,prices, and lead times. Collaborate with the design and product development teams to sourcematerials and products that are in line with the brand's aesthetic and qualityexpectations. Implement and manage a robust supplier evaluation and performancemonitoring system. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, sustainability practices, andethical sourcing standards. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including quality control,shipping, and logistics. Build and maintain a flexible and responsive supply chain capable ofadapting to changing market demands and scaling with the company'sgrowth. Recruit, lead & develop a sourcing team, setting clear goals and providingguidance to achieve departmental objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and innovative sourcingstrategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;master's degree is a plus point. 5-10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a significant focuson luxury goods or home furnishings. Strong network of contacts within the luxury goods supply chain. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Knowledge of trade & customs regulations, and shipping logistics. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in sourcing-related software and tools, as well as Microsoft OfficeSuite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency inmultiple languages being an asset. Willingness to travel to visit suppliers and attend trade events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month
