Job Title : Sourcing Specialist Non-IT Department : Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Location : Bangalore Reports To : Talent Acquisition Lead / HR Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing Specialist Non-IT to lead proactive sourcing efforts for high-demand business and support roles. This role involves identifying top talent across functions such as operations, sales, finance, marketing, HR, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving time-to-hire, and enhancing the overall recruitment process through market intelligence and creative sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and understand job requirements. Strategically source passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, talent databases, and social media. Engage with candidates through personalized messaging, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate interest. Screen candidates to assess qualifications, culture fit, and interest level before handing over to recruiters. Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill non-IT roles. Maintain accurate and organized data in the ATS and provide timely reports on sourcing performance and market trends. Recommend and implement sourcing process improvements based on hiring data and feedback. Stay current on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing tools. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 14 years of proven experience in sourcing, especially for non-IT roles. Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and social recruiting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Imjobs ). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
