Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate need to have experience in RPO Hiring.
Must have experience in handing a team of 5-6 IT Recruiters.
Monitoring and tracking team day to day performance
Coaching and training new & existing Manpower.
Motivating the Recruiters in getting the work done in a short time span.
Meeting the SLAs and the expected quality and quantity within the minimum TAT as per company parity
Must have good knowledge of IT Skills
S/he will handle complete recruitment cycle
Should have fair knowledge in Job portals and Social networking recruitment
Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.

Preferred candidate profile

Total experience is required in Perm hiring or RPO hiring: 6 years.
RPO experience: 1.5 years.
Team handling experience: 1-2 years
