Responsibilities
:
1. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
3. Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.).
4. Handle employee relations, addressing issues and concerns.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
7. Assist in performance management processes.
8. Support training and development initiatives.
9. Conduct exit interviews and assist with employee separations.
Skills/Qualifications
:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in similar roles.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
