Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Interview: 02 Virtual

NP: Immediate-15 Days

Responsible for end-to-end offer closing, including negotiation with candidates.
Should be familiar with creating offer templates and understanding industry standards.
Must handle conversations about job changes and candidate expectations effectively.
Excellent communication skills are required.
