Technical Skills:

• Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, APIs, Microservices
• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery
• Development Tools: GitHub, Jenkins/Tekton, Nexus
• Software Practices: DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, Test Automation
• Frontend & Backend Development: Full Stack Java Development, RESTful APIs, modern UI frameworks

Agile & Project Management:

• Agile Software Development (Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles)
• Jira / Project tracking and backlog management
• Scrum Master / Agile Coach experience
• Risk management and mitigation planning
• Product lifecycle management and roadmap planning

Leadership & Communication:

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and leadership teams
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder management
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Strategic thinking and decision-making in global, complex IT environments
