As a Manager/Senior Manager in Project Management & Platform vertical, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and be a liaison between internal and external stakeholders - Interface directly with software vendors and consultants for development and support - Consult with users to assess their needs and devise strategies for business or application improvement - Assist in developing business requirements and creating technical/functional documentation - Determine resource requirements and hire necessary resources for projects - Conduct daily status calls and track progress according to project plan - Troubleshoot and solve application problems, coordinating with stakeholders for closure - Coordinate with business to understand enhancement requirements - Manage supplier excellence and support in meeting IT objectives - Monitor application health and performance, taking actions as needed - Provide solutions to client requirements and implement them in coordination with the development team - Gather requirements for enhancements and value engineering, coordinating with the architecture team for solution designing - Support and mentor direct reporting associates - Share lessons learned and best practices across projects, building relationships with stakeholders - Provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback to direct reports - Monitor and improve team performance, offering leadership, coaching, and performance management Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Computer Science or related field, with a preference for a Master's degree - 10-16 years of total IT experience, with at least 6-8 years in managing software projects for enterprise class business IT applications in the Banking domain - Proven expertise in SDLC methodologies, estimation techniques, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management - Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE platforms, Spring, design patterns, UI frameworks, CI-CD, and other tools - Experience working in a multi-skilled engineering environment and managing IT projects within agreed timelines - Expertise in project management methodology, tools, and templates - Strong team working skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills The job location for this position is Navi Mumbai, and all positions are on a fixed-term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent.
