Technical Manager (Java)

Key Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
  
• Minimum 2 years in a people management or technical leadership role
  
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing development team
  
• Own the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications
  
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and efficient CI/CD implementation
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions
  
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk assessments
  
• Foster an Agile, innovative, and continuously improving engineering culture
  

Key Technical Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud
  
• Database Design
  
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD
  
• Cloud: Azure / GCP / PCF
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
